Groundbreaking for Parmenter Street project collaboration with Leyland Alliance, Habitat for Humanity of Newburgh and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
Although the event occurred during a steady rain, the spirit of all the participants was bright in expectation of the creation of the new neighborhood that is about to take place.
There were greetings from NY governor David Patterson, speeches by Congressman Maurice Hinchey, Newburgh and Orange county executives to kick off this project.
